About the role

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support and application consultation to resellers, integration partners and end customers
  • Provide professional services such as installation of software remote and onsite
  • Be the main contact point for technical support in Finland
  • Coordinate with other technical support colleagues at Traka Nordic (Sweden) and the Traka Europe support team in the UK
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical support issues
  • Keep all support, projects and customer information up to date in software tools
  • Assist with trade show and other marketing activities setup and attendance as needed
  • Give input to management with the development of technical training and products
  • Be part of and provide input to Traka Europe Technical lead forum
  • Maintain and deliver training to both resellers and end customers

Requirements

  • Experience in Information Technology and Network Engineering, Networking (TCP/IP)
  • Master Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, IIS services, Windows server versions
  • Experience in security solution system design and installation
  • Experience from access control and enterprise-level security systems is desirable
  • Experience on supporting software integrations (API)
  • Technical Support experience (remote and onsite) with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • The candidate requires demonstrating a good level of English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel will be required and driver licence is mandatory
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • The ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team
