About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Modify case information in IES to ensure cases schedule completely and accurately
  • Sort reports and route them to appropriate departments
  • Process requests to cancel, schedule, or reconstruct incomplete or missing items on scheduled cases
  • Compare and evaluate e-QIP, hardcopy, and electronic SAC cases against previous cases in PIPs
  • Communicate with Federal Agencies by phone and email to resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile cases with corrected information and prepare them for scheduling
  • Process cases for return to agencies when required information is unavailable
  • Process correction requests from Federal Agencies and internal departments
  • Process investigation upgrades and downgrades as requested by agencies
  • Schedule high-level cases for specific agencies
  • Learn and apply Scheduling Specifications for all case types and adapt to changes in correction guidelines
  • Manage multiple processes and support department, contract, or business needs through additional assignments and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of government contracting experience
  • Familiarity with PIPS and OPIS computer systems
  • Effective written and oral communication with team members
  • Ability to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence, and instructions
  • Ability to manage and complete assignments independently or with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as workload requires
  • Willingness to work on-site as needed
  • Consent to a government background investigation
  • US citizenship required due to the nature of the work
  • Residence within one hour driving time of Boyers, Pennsylvania
  • Experience in the Government services industry preferred
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to work using a company-furnished laptop or desktop
