About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end product design processes: research, wireframing, high-fidelity mocks and prototypes.
Shape and scale our design system, enabling high execution speed whilst ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency.
Mentor and support a small team of designers to foster craft, growth, and collaboration.
Collaborate deeply with our Product leaders and Engineers to define user-centered features and drive clear flows.
Advocate for user-experience best practices through user interviews, usability testing, and design critique rituals.
Set and uphold design standards across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. Own high-impact design initiatives from concept through launch.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product design experience
Proven leadership in scaling design systems and mentoring junior designers
Mastery in tools like Figma (or similar), prototyping, and responsive design principles
Strong UX fundamentals and ability to translate research insights into elegant, human-centered designs
Skilled collaborator who works effectively with Product, Engineering, and any other relevant stakeholders in a dynamic cross-functional environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with high ownership, whilst optimising for speed.
