Key responsibilities & impact

Drive disciplined delivery across a portfolio of revenue cycle and transformation initiatives
Support portfolio governance, prioritization, and leadership transparency
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives from initiation through close
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and action tracking
Facilitate project working sessions, checkpoints, and status updates
Maintain accurate project documentation, RAID logs, and delivery artifacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation delivery
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare operations, or healthcare technology (preferred)
