Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders providing continuous support related to forecasting, budget analysis, operational KPIs, and ROI on initiatives.
Partner with rest of finance organization to drive reporting efficiencies and effectiveness.
Ultimate goal is to streamline reporting to enable strategic insights that lead to business actions.
Develop executive level presentation materials surrounding operations, revenue metrics, client analysis and associated financial impacts, as well as long-term strategic plans.
Support financial modeling and ad hoc analysis requests to help drive business strategy and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel.
Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results with accompanying actionable insights effectively.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization / report management tools.
Knowledge of Vena a plus, but not required.
Passion for data and the insights they unlock.
Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.
Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to data.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the healthcare industry and/or high-growth PE backed company.
