About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Clinical Manager in overseeing school-based behavior consultants and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and expectations.
Support the review and quality assurance of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and positive behavior support plans (PBSPs) and IEPs/progress reports, as needed.
Maintain a small caseload, including conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies (e.g., ABA).
Support data collection integrity and assist in analyzing behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to school-based staff under the direction of the Clinical Manager.
Assist in onboarding and training new behavior consultants and school-based staff.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and families to support consistent implementation of behavior plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BCBA certification
Minimum 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, preferably in school settings.
Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentorship capacity preferred.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral assessment, and intervention strategies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and school personnel.
