Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6 years of experience in complex litigation
Excellent writing skills demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court or publication
Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial
Superior academic credentials
Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues
Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
