About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up, install, and commission equipment on site
Operate and maintain Lifting, Pulling and Deployment equipment and winch systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and electrical equipment
Perform fault finding, strip-downs, rebuilds, testing, and reporting
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and PLC systems
Maintain safety and compliance standards, including PPE, risk assessments, pre-start checks, and incident reporting
Complete and submit offshore reports, timesheets, fault logs, and supporting documentation
Work with clients on site and represent the business professionally
Identify equipment issues, suggest modifications, and contribute to future work scopes through detailed reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognised apprenticeship or qualification, preferably in Hydraulic or Electrical discipline; Mechanical also considered
Offshore Survival Certification
Radio Communication Training Course and Active Heave Awareness
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently or as part of a team
GWO Training, Rigger Stage 1, Working at Height, and Seamans Card or Book advantageous
Supervisory experience beneficial
Willingness and ability to undertake international travel
