About the role

  • Own and monitor the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring mutual success for the customer and Pluralsight.
  • Proactively anticipate and address customer needs, ensuring a frictionless renewal process and positioning accounts for growth.
  • Onboard new customers, helping them deploy the service and drive full adoption and utilization.
  • Utilize tools like Gainsight and Salesforce to monitor customer health, product utilization, and experience, taking timely corrective actions.
  • Build and establish lasting, trusted relationships with customers, including at the C-level.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Managers to execute on customer success plans and growth strategies.
  • Prepare and facilitate business reviews, trainings, webinars, and demos.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet with customers and support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive customer success experience or in a similar field (e.g., sales, professional services, consulting, technical enablement).
  • Significant, hands-on experience working with Gainsight & Salesforce.
  • Experience implementing new processes within a customer success organization.
  • Experience in workforce development, skills-based learning, or the EdTech industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience building key customer and sales relationships, with exceptional skills at the C-level.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS customer success motions, including onboarding and adoption processes.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of effective time management and prioritization in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge of development and IT solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, professional sales environment.
