About the role
- Drive sales, manage key accounts, and develop long-term commercial strategies within the packaging industry.
- Learn and adjust to market dynamics to define long-term commercial strategies.
- Maximize usage of internal resources to leverage knowledge of market trends and competition.
- Analyze and modify pricing dynamics within accounts to maximize positive collaboration.
- Develop and execute account growth plans for targeted customers.
- Execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs).
- Monitor profitability levels and analyze monthly financial summaries.
- Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of corrugated sales experience.
- For box facility locations: experience in sales of capital equipment.
- 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is required.
- Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or require no sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in sales of packaging materials.
