  • Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney.
  • Overview: For the past 20 years, our client has been a leading real estate and commercial litigation firm located on the border of Nassau and Suffolk Counties in Long Island and on the Rt 110 Corridor, serving clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area. The firm specializes in representing a diverse clientele in commercial real estate transactions, development, and complex litigation in State and Federal Courts.
  • Key Responsibilities: - Assist with discovery requests and responses. - Draft pre-trial motions, including dispositive motions. - Attend court conferences, hearings, depositions, and ADR. - Collaborate closely with attorneys and partners. - Interface with clients and opposing counsel. - Conduct legal research efficiently. - Assist in trial preparation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $130K–$140K annually.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Strong writing skills required.
