About the role
- Join a dynamic team in a pivotal leadership role, overseeing comprehensive tax services across multiple engagements.
- Lead and coordinate high-quality tax services for multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted tax advisor.
- Mentor, supervise, and contribute to the professional development of junior team members.
- Ensure timely billing and collection processes.
- Drive firm growth through active participation in business development and management initiatives.
- Demonstrate deep industry and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree (e.g., Master of Taxation) is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
- 7-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in public accounting or tax services.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical abilities.
- Proven skills in leadership, project management, and relationship building.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
