Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree (e.g., Master of Taxation) is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
- 7-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in public accounting or tax services.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical abilities.
- Proven skills in leadership, project management, and relationship building.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
