About the role

  • Own and evolve the data model and analytics architecture
  • Evaluate current setup and drive structural improvements
  • Design and optimize data solutions with PostgreSQL and TimeScaleDB
  • Enable real-time analytics use cases
  • Work with FHIR-based data models
  • Collaborate with DevOps on deployable analytics solutions
  • Develop and optimize Metabase dashboards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering / analytics
  • Strong ownership of data architecture
  • Familiarity with Metabase (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Deep expertise in data modeling
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
  • Exposure to TimeScaleDB
  • Experience with real-time or streaming data
  • Background in a consulting environment
