About the role

  • - Collaborate with the Tech Lead to design, implement, and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions
  • - Actively contribute to project planning and estimation sessions, both internally and with clients
  • - Provide accurate time and effort estimates for assigned tasks and deliverables
  • - Decompose complex features into well-defined, manageable development tasks
  • - Optimize web application performance to ensure responsiveness, scalability, and a seamless user experience
  • - Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency
  • - Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting technical excellence and professional growth within the team

Requirements

  • - Strong programming skills in Python web development with any of the following frameworks: **Django, FastAPI, Flask**
  • - Willingness to engage in full-stack development and contribute across the stack as needed
  • - Experience with version control systems (Git) and knowledge of **CI/CD practices**
  • - Familiarity with Docker
  • - Familiarity working with databases and **ORMs **(**SqlAlchemy, Django ORM, Tortoise ORM**, etc)
  • - Cloud platform expertise: Experience with at least one major **cloud **provider (e.g., **AWS, Azure, Google Cloud**) is fundamental, including an understanding of their services for building and managing applications
  • - Strong command of English, both written and verbal
