About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients remotely through telemedicine
- Conduct Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder
- Manage psychopharmacological treatment for all psychiatric diagnosed conditions
- Provide supportive psychotherapy and motivational interviewing
- Coordinate care between psychiatric and substance use treatment and other medical services
- Complete forms and documentation for patient care needs
- Work with a multidisciplinary team including PCP's, Pediatricians, OB/GYN, counseling, peer supports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider (Required)
- DEA License
- Bilingual- English and Spanish (Required)
- A patient-first mindset
- Comfortability to work in fully-remote environment
