About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients through a hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person)
- Conduct Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder
- Manage psychopharmacological treatment for psychiatric diagnosed conditions
- Offer medication-assisted treatment to those with OUD
- Provide supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and patient-centered treatments
- Coordinate care between psych, substance use treatment and medical integration
- Document validated rating scales and treatment plans
- Assist in care coordination for patients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider ( For NPs: PMHNP Required) ( For PA-Cs: CAQ in Psych preferred)
- DEA License
- Bilingual- English and Spanish (preferred)
- A patient-first mindset
