About the role
- We are looking for a Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide counseling and therapy treatment to our patients. Services will be provided remotely, through telemedicine, to patients of our Community Health Center partners. We are a "say yes" first clinical provider and look to treat patients where they are and guide them along their journey to recovery and stabilization.
- Clinician must have an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in California
- Key Areas of Ownership include providing evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, ACT, Bereavement/Grief Counseling, etc.) in individual and group settings; documenting and maintaining records; crisis intervention; case planning; supervision; and ongoing education; etc.
- Documentation and compliance with clinical practices and contracts
- EMDR Trained and/or certified; remote work environment
- Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, manual dexterity, visual and hearing requirements; ability to work remotely with reliable internet

- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
