Key responsibilities & impact

Provide program and project management (P/PM) services to support the organization’s current and future IT structure
Ensure that project recommendations and plans follow federal policies and agency-wide technical standards
Serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Manage project schedules, quality assurance, and financial reporting to ensure service levels are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
At least 5-10 years of practical experience managing IT projects within a federal environment
ITIL 4 Certification: A Foundation, Specialist, or Expert level certification in ITIL 4
Familiarity with incremental development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Experience working within certified environments, specifically ISO 9001 and CMMI Maturity Level 5
Ability to produce standard federal project documentation, such as Progress, Status, and Management Reports
