About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparing energy performance certificates (Energiesparnachweise) according to EnEV for residential and non-residential buildings in accordance with DIN 4108-6 / 4701-10 and DIN 18599
Thermal bridge calculations in 2D and 3D
Preparation of applications and support during implementation
Advising architects and clients on thermal building physics and sustainability in building projects
Participation in the development and implementation of concepts for thermal building physics and energy-efficient, sustainable construction
Close collaboration with the in-house specialist department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree in civil engineering (TH or FH) – alternatively: construction technician with professional experience
Certification as an energy consultant would be an advantage
Structured working style and flexibility
Enthusiasm for and enjoyment of teamwork
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
