About the role

  • Prepare energy performance calculations (Energiesparnachweise) in accordance with the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) for residential and non-residential buildings according to DIN 4108-6 / DIN 4701-10 and DIN 18599
  • Thermal bridge calculations in 2D and 3D
  • Preparation of applications and support during project implementation
  • Advise architects and clients in building construction projects on thermal building physics and sustainability issues
  • Participate in developing and implementing concepts for thermal building physics and energy-efficient, sustainable construction
  • Close collaboration with the in-house specialist department

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (from a technical university (TH) or university of applied sciences (FH)) — alternatively: construction technician with professional experience
  • Certification as an energy consultant would be an advantage
  • Structured work approach and flexibility
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
