About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Using your negotiation skills, you conduct sales conversations and support the continuous optimization of sales processes.
  • You effectively follow up on incoming leads and thoroughly prepare customer meetings.
  • You diligently maintain the CRM system and prepare quotes and contracts.
  • You monitor market trends, actively participate in meetings, and create regular reports for transparent performance tracking.
  • Through continuous learning, you expand your product and sales expertise to provide optimal advice to your customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in strategic B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS and tech sector, and have successfully acquired and delighted customers over the long term.
  • You are motivated to grow and have a strong sales orientation to achieve agreed revenue targets.
  • You work in an organized manner, are passionate about developing customer relationships, demonstrate strong communication and closing skills, and are always looking for opportunities.
  • You speak fluent German and have very good written and spoken English skills.
