Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in senior BD, strategy, or partnerships at a major studio, streamer, or network
- Executive-level relationships across the studio system - you know the decision-makers, and they know you
- Proven track record closing high-value deals: licensing, enterprise partnerships, strategic agreements
- Deep fluency in Hollywood's business and production landscape
- Credibility with both creative and business stakeholders
- Experience in entertainment technology or AI-driven creative tools is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial background - a founder, early-stage operator, or someone who has built something from scratch inside a large organization
- Existing relationships with agency leadership (CAA, WME, UTA)
