About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and execute a company-wide AI roadmap
Develop and lead Artis' enterprise AI and digital transformation strategy
Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows
Champion adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, security, privacy, and compliance
Evaluate emerging technologies
Create and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
Partner with executive leadership to ensure technology investments deliver business value
Improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance decision-making through data and automation
Direct enterprise cybersecurity strategy and risk management programs
Manage outsourced IT service providers and strategic technology partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Demonstrated success implementing AI, automation, advanced analytics, or emerging technology solutions
Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives
Strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and data governance
Experience leading technology initiatives in healthcare, senior living, multi-site operations, or other regulated environments
History of influencing executive stakeholders and driving organizational change
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field required
Master's degree preferred
