About the role
- Provide technical support for the successful delivery of IMF Application programs.
- Provide technical support of the Masterfiles effort: Provide ALC and testing support for the BMF Pre-Posting, Posting & Analysis, Management Information Systems (MIS) and 701 extracts teams in a Z/OS environment.
- Provide defect corrections and unit test results for P1 and P2 defects identified in production.
- Provide support for defect resolution activities, including participation in Service Restoration Team conference calls, outside of normal business hours, i.e. overnight and on weekends.
- Provide any Java support for BMF Modernization efforts and support/maintain existing Java programs as needed by BMF.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four (4) years of related work experience can substitute for a degree
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience required
- At least four (4) years of experience with IBM ALC programming language
- Experience with DB2 and IBM DB2 utilities
- Experience with Business Masterfiles (BMF) or other downstream/upstream Systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in client support
