About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on financial routines, including accounts payable, cash flow, invoicing and client follow-up;
Verify and monitor high-volume monthly payments, including payments related to participation in company studies and projects;
Consolidate and validate information received from internal departments to ensure correct execution of payments;
Support inventory control of supplies, small purchases and procurement requests;
Serve as point of contact for suppliers, service providers, physicians and partners;
Support facilities requests and equipment import processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields;
Solid experience in administrative and financial routines;
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, financial controls and reconciliation of information;
Experience handling a high volume of payments and operational controls;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Experience with suppliers, procurement, contracts or administrative controls;
Knowledge of ERP systems, financial software or control tools;
Good communication, organization, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
