About the role
- Contribute to transformation/integration projects
- Ensure security improvements for Active Directory (AD) infrastructures
- Manage the backlog (INC / REQ / Change tickets)
- Provide Level 2 (N2) support to entities
- Provide weekly status updates
- Summarize ongoing actions
- Work on Azure and Microsoft product solutions
- Manage certificates (PKI)
- Manage document classification (AIP)
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a challenging environment
- Experience with large enterprise clients
- Good spoken and written English
- Rigour, agility and proactivity
- Excellent written communication skills
