About the role
- Ensure operational maintenance (RUN) and handle incidents (diagnosis, resolution, workarounds)
- Guarantee the availability and proper functioning of environments (certification, production)
- Participate in releases, oversee installations and improve monitoring
- Contribute to technical projects: integration of new applications, compliance with standards and architecture
- Build, validate, package and deploy software components
- Perform technical acceptance tests and testing (preparation, execution, analysis, reporting)
- Automate tasks and industrialize processes (scripting, deployment and testing tools)
- Document incidents and capture solutions (knowledge articles, best practices)
- Apply and evolve operational and security standards (DevSecOps)
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Security teams
- Participate in the on-call rotation
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Rigour, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
