About the role

  • Support Finance, Management Control (Controlling) and Procurement teams to ensure optimal use of SAP
  • Define and manage SAP application maintenance (TMA): processes, incident tracking, change management and governance
  • Ensure functional consistency and the adoption of SAP best practices
  • Analyze current usage of FI, CO and MM modules and propose optimization opportunities
  • Support business departments in upskilling on SAP processes
  • Document standard processes and any deviations
  • Raise user awareness of Cloud best practices
  • Contribute to finalizing the TMA contract with the integrator
  • Define SLAs, performance indicators and monitoring processes
  • Serve as the IT functional lead: prioritize tickets, validate corrections and lead follow-up committees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience
  • Experience with large enterprise accounts
  • Conversational level of English
  • Rigorous, agile, proactive and comfortable with written communication
