About the role
- Provide 100% remote support.
- Handle requests and incidents (access provisioning, password resets, multi-factor authentication issues).
- Provide application support.
- Install modules/drivers for thermal printers and resolve printing problems.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge in helpdesk support and/or initial experience as an IT Support Technician or Application Support Technician.
- Recognized for your attention to detail, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
