Self-generate leads and appointments through networking, referrals, prospecting, events, and relationship building
Conduct in-home design consultation appointments
Measure spaces and recommend organizational solutions
Build client trust through education and professionalism
Close sales and collect client deposits
Upload estimates, photos, measurements, and order details promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of self-generating qualified leads
Proven success closing in-home sales appointments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and highly independent
Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure
Organized and capable of managing your own schedule and pipeline
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge, measuring systems, and technology tools
Previous experience in home improvement, remodeling, closets, kitchens, baths, windows, roofing, solar, flooring, or similar industries strongly preferred
