About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Self-generate leads and appointments through networking, referrals, prospecting, events, and relationship building
- Conduct in-home design consultation appointments
- Measure spaces and recommend organizational solutions
- Build client trust through education and professionalism
- Close sales and collect client deposits
- Upload estimates, photos, measurements, and order details promptly
- Represent the Art of Drawers brand professionally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of self-generating qualified leads
- Proven success closing in-home sales appointments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and highly independent
- Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure
- Organized and capable of managing your own schedule and pipeline
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge, measuring systems, and technology tools
- Previous experience in home improvement, remodeling, closets, kitchens, baths, windows, roofing, solar, flooring, or similar industries strongly preferred
