About the role
- PR & Communications: You will support us in increasing the visibility of our entire program — with a special focus on our new games division.
- Community building (as part of the team): Together with the games team and other colleagues, you will act as the link to journalists, bloggers and fans.
- Lead generation: You will help structure, maintain and expand our contacts — from the first encounter to long-term collaboration.
- Press work: You will assist in drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters and press materials — and respond quickly and creatively to press inquiries.
- Agency support: You will serve as the interface with external PR agencies that manage our flagship titles and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Experience program diversity: With us you will get to know all program areas and can contribute your own ideas.
Requirements
- A completed university degree or vocational training, ideally with a focus on communications.
- Initial experience in PR, social media, journalism or communications (e.g., through internships, working-student positions or personal projects).
- Passion for books, games and storytelling — and a willingness to explore new approaches.
- Enjoy networking, organizing and communicating — both online and offline.
- Initiative, creativity and team spirit.
- Very good written and spoken German.
- Confident use of common Office programs (Microsoft 365, Teams) is a matter of course for you.
