About the role
- Maintain and monitor documentation of all deliverables, including project workplans, training materials, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal requirements such as FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, Section 508, and Privacy Act standards.
- Support the preparation and submission of monthly operational reports, annual evaluations, and audit materials.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and technical teams to track deadlines and maintain document version control.
- Prepare compliance dashboards, audit tools, and checklists for internal and external review.
- Assist in responding to government oversight and quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract compliance, documentation, or federal reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools.
- Experience with federal contract compliance and auditing preferred.
