About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the strategy and roadmap for lifecycle marketing to grow customers’ lifetime value
  • Build, ship and learn by establishing a test-and-learn operation
  • Evolve the measurement framework to demonstrate the incremental impact of CRM activity
  • Represent CRM within the wider Marketing department and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Report into the Head of Department and manage projects upwards clearly
  • Serve as the sole business owner of the CRM platform and maintain vendor relationship

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Proven track record of owning a CRM platform end-to-end (e.g. OneSignal, MoEngage, Klaviyo)
  • Deep hands-on experience across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalisation, and behavioural triggers
  • Experience building or evolving measurement frameworks, including A/B testing, hold-out groups, and incrementality analysis.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
  • A confident communicator who can present strategy, share results, and make a compelling case for investment.
