About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and forecasting accuracy
  • Own Salesforce support queue (tickets, troubleshooting, access issues)
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics
  • Audit data, drive clean-up initiatives, and ensure data consistency
  • Collaborate with global sales teams for process adherence and reporting
  • Support CRM migrations and strategic RevOps initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / CRM Analyst roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, admin basics)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets + experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting, and revenue processes
  • Excellent communication skills with global stakeholders
