About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive discovery and strategy: Lead product discovery to validate that we’re solving the right problems for both individual users and business customers.
Maintain a strong focus on scalability, automation, and compliance throughout all phases of development.
Own the product lifecycle: Drive the long-term roadmap for PayLater and B2B billing, balancing operational efficiency, technical resilience, and customer experience.
Build strong internal partnerships: Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, and local Market teams to ensure product viability and regulatory alignment.
Align roadmaps and solutions across the Payments, Platform, and Core domains to ensure smooth data and process flows.
Define clear metrics/KPIs to track product health, adoption, and business impact.
Empower your team: Be a strong voice for the product while creating space for the team to own solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in payments or product management, with a focus on digital payment solutions
Experience working with payment technologies like real-time payments and mobile wallets.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize product performance
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
Experience leading the development of and leveraging APIs for internal and external customers
