About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive discovery and strategy: Lead product discovery to validate that we’re solving the right problems for both individual users and business customers.
- Maintain a strong focus on scalability, automation, and compliance throughout all phases of development.
- Own the product lifecycle: Drive the long-term roadmap for PayLater and B2B billing, balancing operational efficiency, technical resilience, and customer experience.
- Build strong internal partnerships: Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, and local Market teams to ensure product viability and regulatory alignment.
- Align roadmaps and solutions across the Payments, Platform, and Core domains to ensure smooth data and process flows.
- Define clear metrics/KPIs to track product health, adoption, and business impact.
- Empower your team: Be a strong voice for the product while creating space for the team to own solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in payments or product management, with a focus on digital payment solutions
- Experience working with payment technologies like real-time payments and mobile wallets.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize product performance
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- Experience leading the development of and leveraging APIs for internal and external customers
