About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) flow to ensure timely settlement of obligations
Ensure subcontractor agreements are correctly executed and invoices are issued/processed according to contract terms
Prepare financial reports for management, assist in cash flow forecasting, and contribute to the development of annual budgets
Lead month-end procedures, including complex accruals, revenue/expense recording, and full account reconciliations
Monitor and analyze financial data related to the mobile application, ensuring accurate reporting and oversight
Proactively support the financial setup and integration of additional European countries into our reporting structure
Support the preparation of documentation for government institutions and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5+ years of experience in a broad accounting role, practical hands-on experience in accounting specifically working with Polish GAAP is a must, ideally within an international environment
Strong analytical skills and experience managing financial processes end-to-end
Proficiency in modern ERP systems (experience with Netsuite/Medius is a plus) and Excel
Professional fluency in Polish & English.
