About the role
- Providing excellent operational experience to new and existing partners.
- Implementation of the Company standard core products and services according to client specifications.
- Configuration, release and maintenance of our core software solutions.
- Quality assurance, testing our products and services, while striving for continuous improvement.
- Order, review and roll-out of signage.
- Collaboration across Teams and Business Units, our main stakeholders are Account Managers, Operations, Marketing and R&D.
- Working actively within the CRM system to manage orders and requests, ensuring data quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience (1 to 3 years) working with Customer Success or Technical Support for Corporate Customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and proficient in English.
- Other EU languages are advantageous.
- High level of technical understanding of system integrations.
- XML or JSon knowledge is desirable.
- Familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
- Previous experience in collaborating across departments.
