About the role
- Design and implementation of client solutions in the areas of banking regulation and risk management
- Analysis of complex regulatory requirements across topics such as CRR, CRD, LDR
- Design of IT interfaces and coordination and alignment between IT and business units
- Process- and project-based work
Requirements
- Solid banking expertise based on a completed degree (university/technical college) or equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a completed banking apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in the financial sector or in a consulting or auditing firm
- Enjoyment in working with IT (e.g., banking applications and databases)
- Project experience and knowledge of a regulatory reporting standard software (BAIS/ABACUS/OneSumX) are desirable
- Persuasiveness as well as the ability to integrate and manage conflicts
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills combined with a professional appearance
