About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring onboarding, TGEs, DeFi strategies, and integrations run smoothly.
  • Bridge the gap between business development, quantitative strategy, and engineering, ensuring partners’ liquidity strategies operate flawlessly.
  • Solve operational issues, address technical problems, ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in scaling the Arrakis liquidity management solution to become the world’s leading onchain market-making infrastructure.

Requirements

  • - A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related technical field.
  • - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success in financial services).
  • - Solid understanding of DeFi concepts (AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, MEV, LVR, impermanent loss).
  • - Hands-on experience with financial services, preferably market making or related fields
  • - Strong problem-solving; able to communicate clearly with internal quants and engineers and external business stakeholders.
  • - Web3 native – frequent user of DeFi protocols, staying up to date on ecosystem trends.
  • - Excellent communication and organization skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.**

  • - Experience working in a DeFi protocol or infrastructure project.
  • - Familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, or Python for scripting and debugging.
  • - Background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
