About the role

Travel to customer sites in Ukraine to meet users and understand their use-cases
Deploy Arondite products into customer environments
Write code to connect up data sources and solve specific customer problems
Interface and test with autonomous and robotic systems in the field
Iterate with customers to refine implementations and maximise user value
Collaborate with deployed engineers across AI/ML, networking, and robotics
Drive a culture of excellence within the deployed team and the wider company
Collect feedback from end users and contribute to core product development

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/scientific subject
Strong core programming skills in object orientated languages such as Python, C++ or Java
Knowledge of frameworks such as Angular or React
Front-end development experience in TypeScript or JavaScript
Deep enthusiasm for expanding your knowledge of a diverse technology stack
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers for a significant proportion of your time
Willingness to obtain UK security vetting to Security Check (SC) or above (normally requires continuous UK residency for at least 5 years)
Understanding of working on embedded / resource constrained devices (ideal)
Interest with/experience in working with low-level languages such as C or Rust (ideal)
Experience of working with legacy systems (ideal)
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL (ideal)
Experience of machine learning applications (ideal)
Passion for/experience working with hardware (ideal)
Some degree of fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or other applicable regional languages (ideal)
