Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or other related fields;
Considerable experience in human resources, specifically in the field of benefits administration and analysis that includes administering benefit programs such as medical, dental, life insurance, flexible spending plans, retiree benefits.
Additional qualifying experience can be substituted for the educational requirement.
