Guide and develop the County's Microsoft Office 365 (M365) and SharePoint initiatives.
Participate in the architecture, design, configuration, development and deployment of complex enterprise solutions.
Ensure solutions are aligned with DTS' technology objectives and strategies.
Communicate complex technical approaches to non-technical staff stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related area plus considerable experience in the following areas:
- Developing technical applications using SharePoint, .Net Framework, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript;
- Deploying M365 and new feature sets from Microsoft such as Copilot;
- Developing relational databases using SQL Server or similar software product;
- Working in an Agile development environment;
- Previous experience developing AI/ML solutions.
Preference may be given to candidates with experience utilizing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics (D365) CRM and/or using SQL Server, Azure OpenAI, AI/ML services.
