Collaborate with clients to make strategic decisions impacting their business solutions.
Create future state architectures for clients at an enterprise scale.
Ensure the integrity of technical designs and features within the enterprise architecture.
Lead the development team; prior experience as a developer is required.
Provide accurate estimates for project scopes and development timelines.
Facilitate backlog management, including creation, maintenance, and planning.
Conduct client discussions on best practices for enterprise web/software applications.
Offer in-depth knowledge of platforms, design patterns, and enterprise solution practices.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill growth and ensure project success.
Maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progression.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect.
Breadth and depth of experience as an architect.
Growth mindset (receptive to feedback and focused on continuous improvement).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to instill client confidence in delivery capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work with developers in an outsourced and in-house environment.
Minimum of 7 years of enterprise-scale design and implementation experience in software development, with deep knowledge in at least two of the following technical disciplines: cloud computing, cloud-native, application development, and middleware.
Proven Azure or AWS expertise; proficiency in both is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with enterprise patterns and principles (e.g., Microservices, EDA, DDD, N-Tiers).
Competency in enterprise architecture, middleware, and data flow diagramming.
Ability to audit and document existing architectures and ecosystems, identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience and understanding of modern API design patterns and principles.
Able to define API specifications (preferably using Swagger).
Proficiency with enterprise tools such as SQL, Service Bus/Message Queue, Caching, ESB, and ETL.
Understanding of object-oriented principles (e.g., interfaces, composition, polymorphism).
Understanding of different AI tools/models and what and how they accelerate job responsibilities
Preferred background in consulting or client-facing roles.
Preferred experience contributing to open-source projects or public repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
Experience in an Enterprise Architect role at a digital or creative agency.
