About the role

  • Development and maintenance of the product roadmap
  • Definition of product requirements (user stories, specifications)
  • Collaboration with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience
  • Acting as the interface between development, design, marketing, and management
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses
  • Identifying new features and improvements based on user feedback
  • Creating and prioritizing backlogs
  • Managing releases and feature rollouts
  • Optimizing internal processes and procedures (e.g., support, QA, deployment)
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborating with customer support to analyze and resolve issues

  • Creating and presenting reports and dashboards

  • Running A/B tests to validate product decisions
  • Close coordination with management on strategy and goals
  • Organizing and managing sprint and planning meetings
  • Communicating status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
  • Translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Monitoring and managing app store presence (updates, descriptions, ratings)
  • Release planning and rollout strategies for new versions
  • Managing bugs, user reports, and hotfixes
  • Ensuring compatibility with new OS versions (iOS/Android)
  • Participating in monetization strategy (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases)
  • Analyzing growth opportunities and expansion into new markets
  • Developing user acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and product launches

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's degree in a business- or management-related field preferred
  • Excellent command of English; German or Russian is a plus
