About the role
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Define product requirements (user stories, specifications)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience
- Act as the interface between development, design, marketing, and management
- Conduct market and competitive analyses
- Identify new features and improvements based on user feedback
- Create and prioritize product backlogs
- Manage releases and feature rollouts
- Optimize internal processes and procedures (e.g., support, QA, deployment)
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Work with customer support to analyze and resolve issues
- Monitor app performance and operational KPIs
- Implement and maintain process automation tools
- Coordinate with external service providers and partners
- Analyze user behavior (e.g., via Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase)
- Create and present reports and dashboards
- Measure and optimize KPIs (e.g., retention, conversion, churn)
- Run A/B tests to validate product decisions
- Work closely with management on strategy and objectives
- Organize and lead sprint planning and planning meetings
- Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Monitor and manage app store presence (updates, descriptions, ratings)
- Plan releases and rollout strategies for new versions
- Manage bugs, user reports, and hotfixes
- Ensure compatibility with new OS versions (iOS/Android)
- Contribute to monetization strategy (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases)
- Analyze growth opportunities and expansion into new markets
- Develop user acquisition and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable business environment (app experience is an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
- Strong command of English; German or Russian is a plus
- Passion for turning operational processes into efficient, reliable systems
- Willingness to get hands-on and perform practical work rather than only delegate
- Enjoy working autonomously and delivering fast results
- Structured work style with the ability to maintain an overview and prioritize effectively
- Flexible, committed, independent, and determined
- Prefer efficient communication and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and meetings that could be emails
