About the role
- Keep programs humming: Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, peer reviews, and client engagements across multiple enterprise accounts
- Master the details: Track project timelines, deliverables, and shared assets using our ARchitect platform, AR Connect and workflow tools
- Enable client success: Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Tell the data story: Extract, summarize, and polish analyst insights
- Optimize constantly: Spot opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve how we work—then help implement them
- Be a team player: Jump in where needed, work flexibly under tight deadlines, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of professional experience in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field
- Genuine interest in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market intelligence
- Familiarity with current AI tools and a curiosity to push us forward in using new AI tools that deliver high quality results to our customers
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data integrity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Collaborative, optimistic energy with a hunger to learn and contribute
- Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools include spreadsheets and slide creation
