About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independent management of our clients within the scope of basic occupational safety support
Conducting initial site inspections and preparing risk assessments
Advising companies on occupational safety, health protection and legal requirements
Planning and participation in ASA (Occupational Safety Committee) meetings, trainings and safety briefings
Analysis of workplace accidents and development of preventive measures
Supporting our clients with inquiries from accident insurance providers (Berufsgenossenschaften) and authorities
Delivering training in occupational safety and health protection
Managing additional projects, e.g. hazardous substance management or fire safety (depending on qualification)
Shaping digital solutions and processes together with our product and digitalization team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer
Experience in occupational safety, health protection or corporate health management
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in occupational safety
Willingness to travel for customer appointments in the field
Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; advantage: good English skills
