About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management of our clients within the scope of basic occupational safety support
- Conducting initial site inspections and preparing risk assessments
- Advising companies on occupational safety, health protection and legal requirements
- Planning and participation in ASA (Occupational Safety Committee) meetings, trainings and safety briefings
- Analysis of workplace accidents and development of preventive measures
- Supporting our clients with inquiries from accident insurance providers (Berufsgenossenschaften) and authorities
- Delivering training in occupational safety and health protection
- Managing additional projects, e.g. hazardous substance management or fire safety (depending on qualification)
- Shaping digital solutions and processes together with our product and digitalization team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer
- Experience in occupational safety, health protection or corporate health management
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in occupational safety
- Willingness to travel for customer appointments in the field
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; advantage: good English skills
