About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent management of our clients within the scope of basic occupational safety support
  • Conducting initial site inspections and preparing risk assessments
  • Advising companies on occupational safety, health protection and legal requirements
  • Planning and participating in ASA (Occupational Safety Committee) meetings, training sessions and briefings
  • Analysing workplace accidents and developing preventive measures
  • Supporting our clients with inquiries from accident insurance institutions (Berufsgenossenschaften) and authorities
  • Delivering training in occupational safety and health protection
  • Managing additional projects, e.g. hazardous substance management or fire protection (depending on qualifications)
  • Shaping digital solutions and processes together with our product and digitization team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/w/d)
  • Experience in occupational safety, workplace health or corporate health management
  • Independent, structured and responsible working style
  • Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in occupational safety
  • Willingness to travel for client appointments in the field
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; bonus: good English skills
