About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management of our clients within the scope of basic occupational safety support
- Conducting initial site inspections and preparing risk assessments
- Advising companies on occupational safety, health protection and legal requirements
- Planning and participating in ASA (Occupational Safety Committee) meetings, training sessions and briefings
- Analysing workplace accidents and developing preventive measures
- Supporting our clients with inquiries from accident insurance institutions (Berufsgenossenschaften) and authorities
- Delivering training in occupational safety and health protection
- Managing additional projects, e.g. hazardous substance management or fire protection (depending on qualifications)
- Shaping digital solutions and processes together with our product and digitization team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/w/d)
- Experience in occupational safety, workplace health or corporate health management
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in occupational safety
- Willingness to travel for client appointments in the field
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; bonus: good English skills
