About the role
- Overall responsibility for the DACH sales region — including revenue, profit and budget responsibility (approx. €80 million)
- Development and implementation of business plans as well as a clear sales and growth strategy
- Establishment and expansion of sustainable customer relationships
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Defining and implementing sales and profit targets
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in the hydraulics industry
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in building and expanding sales structures and customer relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical strength and strong execution skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
