About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own 5–15 active model lab relationships as the day-to-day point of contact
Partner with researchers and product teams to integrate models, run evaluations, and deliver results
Drive delivery across onboarding, data and product releases, co-launches, and issue resolution
Own a key process improvement or automation, such as model onboarding, customer data insights, or delivery tooling
Translate customer feedback and research direction into product ideas and engineering work
Build and ship pragmatic solutions across the stack for cutting-edge AI teams
Help expand strategic accounts through trust, execution, and technical judgment

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Production experience in TypeScript and modern web frameworks
Hands-on experience integrating LLM provider APIs, including streaming responses
Comfort working across frontend and backend
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
Clear, concise communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Customer-first mindset and desire to work closely with multiple stakeholders
Legally authorized to work in the US
